Hi everyone. Sorry to barge in with a topic like this, but I didn't know where else I might find help!
I'm really impressed with SWP so far. It looks fantastic with the high def pack, and it lets me play Shadow Warrior again, which I haven't been able to do in years. Unfortunately, I keep getting crashes inside of five minutes when I play the game. Here's what the log from SWP says:
I'm running on Windows 7 Professional, and I'm using an intel i7 920 processor with 6 GB memory and an EVGA GTX 275. I'm also using the high-def texture pack, and playing with high-res models turned OFF (I like the sprites).
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Re: New to SWP: Constant Crashing
I haven't tested SWP lately, but I suppose all these problems are caused due to gcc 4.4.x compiler.
All compiled binaries of Duke3dw and EDuke32 with gcc 4.4.0 or 4.4.1 are broken, so I suppose this happens also for SWP.
The best gcc version for now is 4.3.3, till all bugs of gcc 4.4.x series are fixed.
Better wait for a new SWP binary compiled with gcc 4.3.3

Hi Vibration,
Yeah we currently have a compile problem as supergoofy says, but here is a re-compiled beta for you which should solve most your problems.

See how that goes.

Wow! Thanks a lot, to both of you. I'll give this a try tonight and report back after putting SWP through the paces.
I appreciate the quick help, and awesome program.

If you enabled good alpha, try disabling it. I have constant crashes whenever I enable it.
