Hi there,
first of all - great deal with your ports! Until I changed my System to Win7 last week JonoF made my day by allowing me to play my favorite game running WinXP - now I'm using your port since Win7 Professional x64 seems to be incompatible with the JonoF-Port. Both of them make me very happy :D
I followed your instruction to place all the necessary files of my AddOns into the "Games" folder, so Duke3DW is able to load them directly. This works fine for "Duke it Out in D.C." and "Nuclear Winter" since both of them have specific GRP and CON Files I'm able to recognize. The only problem I have is running "Caribbean Summer: Life's a Beach".
Maybe I have to admit that my old Duke3D-Folder is a bit messed with a lot of obsolete files so the only files regarding this AddOn I can recognize are:
- CARIB.EXE
- VACADM1.MAP
- VACADM2.MAP
- VACADM3.MAP
- VACADM4.MAP
- VACATION.PRG
Renaming "Vacation.prg" into "Vacation.grp" and placing it into the Games-Folder lets me play the normal Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition using sprites/ graphics of Caribbean Summer. Those Maps seem to be DM-Maps and running the EXE-file is denied by Win7 since it's not a 64bit-Version.
What else do I need to copy into my Games-Folder to run this AddOn properly? Can you please name all the necessary files?
Thanks in advance and many greetings from Germany!
Chriss
