I don't know if any of you are aware of this but someone coded a couple of .dll files to be used in openGL games. I've tested it out with Duke3D and it works fine - try it! (nVidia cards only unfortunately)
I don't know how to take any screenshots with Duke3D but here is how it looks on Doom 3.
Download it here:
http://doom3.filefront.com/file/DOOM_3_Bloom;50594
Then all you have to do is extract it into your main Duke Nukem 3D file and when you are ingame press numberpad 1.

F12 takes a screenshot, but the bloom might not show up on it.
Unfortunately, I have an ATI card so I can't get any joy from this... :( Damn shame too, bloom in JFDuke is something I've really wanted to see for a long time.

It becomes very foggy when I press NUMPAD1. I only see the HUD status bar and messages fine. My video card is only 64mb

i've tried this with jfSW last year. Not much of a big improvement but it looks nuts

I only tested the first level but as I played on more I've seen some wierd bugs. For an example when using the High Definition pack on some weapons like the tripmine duke's arm dissapears and with the devastator only one weapon shows up.
Well with my system it was way overdone, if it could be toned down a bit it would be neat. It also dropped my fps by at least half. The octobrains looked cool, they seemed lit from inside.
Oh yeah, Hi everybody

I just tried this tool, and some shaders. But somehow it's doesn't work with any shader on any OGL game. I saw in the the other forum that this tool is like 2 years old or so, so maybe it isn't compatible with the newest ATi drivers. Do you know something of an updatet version? :)
