  Question: Is it at all possible to incorporate a video or some other form of animation into Shadow Warrior? In other words, can I replace the anim cut-scenes with some other form of media (flash, mov, etc)? Is there a specific code, method, or is it at all possible? In fact, can this be done to any of the build games? I'd really appreciate an answer...

  Use GRPView or similar to extract the animation files from SW.GRP (.ANM) and anm2pcx.rar to extract/join their frames (.PCX).
  
  No idea if JFSW will accept someting else.
