no sound under linux

  Hi,
  
  I've just downloaded and compiled the build und duke sources. Everything works fine, except that there is no sound. All the sound options in the game menu are disabled and can't be activated. Does anybody know what's wrong there?

  There is no sound code for Linux in JFDuke3D.

  I have the same problem.
  I have downloaded the jfduke3d_src_20050531 but no sound, no music.
  There is probably a patch.

  Have any of yous made use of the sherch button in this fourm and 3drealms fourm? Dont say you have. cos you havent.

  To search in the 3drealms forum, I must to be register.
  I was unregister and now I'm register.
  So I will try to find the sound patch.

  Now I can say I've used the "search" button of the two forums.
  Nobody know how to do that.
