However when I attempt the same method over the internet, both PCs load the Duke Startup and hang there "Waiting for Players"
I've attempted using different ports, adding Firewall exceptions, however, one PC has a broadband connection using a Netopia 2241N-VGx router and I am uncertain how to make an exception on this hardware.
Any suggestions?

I've been using www.whatismyip.com to determine my Host PC's external IP, and when I've done the same for other PCs, they're the same, and they're the same as our ISP Customer IP.
