This probably has been already discussed to death here, but nothing I found could help me...
OK, the problem is the mouselook in jfDuke3D. I've configured it to work like in most modern games, ie. no moving with mouse, only looking around. The only problem I have is that whenever I look up or down, the view instantly "springs" back to middle. How on earth I can disable this "springing"? It makes the up/down looking entirely useless.
I found some other threads with this same problem and they posted links to various configuration files which maybe would solve the problem, but I could not access those files (servers either time out or I get some weird "invalid referrer" errors) so they're no good.
So what can I do?

Re: The mouselook
This is normally solved by pressing the U key (Mouselook Toggle)... unless you changed it. If so try deleting the Duke3d.cfg file and use the game as standard then just press the U key.

Now this is embarassing... U didn't work but resetting configuration and the pressing U did... well, it works now. Suddenly Duke feels like modern game again... :-) Thank you ProAsm!
