I don't know if this bugs comes from JFDuke3D or from eDuke32 (sorry if it comes from the second) but since 2 releases (20050216) my status bar often diseapper ! Remplaced by the ugly green alien texture. if I play with the max reduced statusbar (only hitpoints, bullet left and inventory) I have no problem. This is certainly a bug, never seen before the release I said and not fixed by the last release (20050228).
Sometimes when I pick up an item which changes a number in the status bar she is refresh and repairs itself, but it's not long to become altered again. Here is a screenshot.

Apparently this is an eDuke32 bug. I've tried with all releases of JFDuke3D and this bug doen't appear. I'm going to post on an adequate forum but if somebody has the same problem or if somebody has an idea..

This is something I screwed up when I was fixing the HOM bug on the menu.. damn me and my overlooking of important details. It should be fixed for the next version. It doesn't happen in 16 or 32 bit Polymost, which is what I generally test with as the graphics quality is far, far superior in those modes.

Very true now I play in 8bits color level because 16bits and 32bits modes now hangs my computer after I have upgraded eDuke32 to a later version but I'm sure that the problem don't come from the program but from my hardware (or maybe my directx or my 3Dcard drivers), I will solve this problem myself.

I have also another little bug to report in eDuke32, when you are using the shotgun (the workslike 2 weapon), when you have no more bullets, instead of taking the last used weapon like other weapons does, the weapon is not changed even if you press the 'fire' button.
PS: Does another forum specific to eDuke32 exist because this forum is for JonoF's port and I can't log on 32realms forums, only read.
