I'm on a desperate search for a couple off ppl who feel like making a Blake Stone source port and after some searching landed on these forums. :)
Made me wonder if it would be possible with this engine ;) and also of ppl would be interested. :D
I'd love to hear, if someone has been thinking the same, even has some better ideas or tell me that there is already being worked on port (which i dont think so heh, looked everywhere)
Oh yeah, and im new here.. so hello all. :)

Sounds interesting. I don't think there's even a completely finished port for Wolf3d yet, yet alone Blake Stone; but you might find these pages promising (Adam Biser, who runs the second link, has done Blake Stone compatible editors; so who knows, he may enjoy your suggestion).
The best port I've ever seen for any classic shooter is definatly the one for Ken's Labyrinth by Jan L

Thanks for the info. :)
I already tried to get in touch with some other guy (DarkOne @ http://wolfgl.narod.ru/ ) who made a Newwolf3D port, but got a mail delivery failure. :(
I also found someone else who layed his hands on converting Blake Stone for the Doomsday engine, looked really nice too, but hes also working on a Wolf3d port for Doomsday(Doom engine) now, and he wants to finish that up first.
Other then that, theres also a guy ive been in touch with for quite some while now, his name is DarkWolf, he was working on a TC off Blake Stone for another doom engine called Doom Legacy, but he gave up on it as well and will be releasing everything he did so far in a full package if im correct. ( http://darkwolf.slipgate.org/ )
Since i tried getting in contact with the person, that was trying to convert it for doomsday but still didnt respond, ill surely give the links above here a visit, thanks a lot! :)
Oh and about the running the old ones on DosBox i did that too (heh got the same proc. :P ) but i just thought it looked too crappy, and since so much other games are ported , i thought why not port Blake Stone. :)
