duke3D: lots of ports and variations jfduke3d being the one thats still being worked on.
eduke: similar situation, eduke32 being the one thats still being worked on.
nam/ napalm and ww2gi: eduke is based on theese so it should be possible to make them work in eduke32 without too much difficulty getting hold of them is tricky though.
blood: two different remake projects one quake based (transfusion) one jfduke32 based (blood32) i don't have any personal experiance with either as i don't have a copy of blood yet.
