been following the blood source for years
- i have read every bb entry and every site regarding the release and at its current standpoint i guess it seems that monolith just needs to give it to someone correct? i mean in attempts to ask atari they bassically said "we dont care" so is the source release campaign to atari isent going to work. could we buy it or set up a site to make donations to buy it from monolith? id be willing to throw in moneys to get it i dunno about the community. Ive tried the winblood port that was created from the source from jonof's duke engine and since its going backwards its gonna be real real hard. Transfusion is wonderful but is so far from being finished. I mean didnt the ceo of monolith say hede release it with gti's (at the time who owned blood before infogames/atari) permission but atari bassically gave their permission and said they dont care up to monolith? and now noone can get ahold of monolith?
- If you had read every bb entry, you would be aware of the fact that buying the source was considered and the idea almost automatically discarded for a variey of reasons.
- Why do you need the source of blood?
To make a port for it like Jfduke or what?
That would mean the duke3d source was released even though it was commercially more successfull than blood.
Why dont they release the blood source?
Anyway blood is this stupid game in which you have a big fork in the beginnig and you die way too fast.
I hate it. - Not at all, I was thiking of using it as a radio or something...
Get your ideas sorted and then try again.
Because they have no reason to.
Stupid = your mediocre gaming skills. - Sorry, I did'nt want to hurt any religious feelings .
blood stupid ???!!
blood rulez as mutch as duke nukem even more when it comes to the scary parts witch duke doesnt have at all i think.
Blood isnt stupid its great. if anything is stupid its to say that blood is.
Blood forever :obeen following the blood source for years
Personally, I thought Blood was a better game than Duke, though I enjoyed them both. Don't be so quick to dismiss Blood. Try it again. It really was a well made game.- I think you don't know what great games are
- I finished the first duke3d episode, maybe 40% of the second one and that's pretty much all about it, I got bored and never bothered to complete the game. With Blood it was different, the more I played the more I wanted to see 8)
